One of our most popular loose shank bits. 5” wide, 2” Spoon mouth with copper roller and barrels. 8” engraved silver loose cheek.
#B41- ANTIQUE CATHEDRAL HIGH PORT BIT- $98.00

Loose shank bit good for older, more mature horses- 5” wide, 2 ½” Cathedral port with copper barrels. 8” engraved silver loose cheek.

Sweet Iron Snaffles are 5+” wide and custom built with heavy rings for better feel!

#S1- BASIC HEAVY RING SNAFFLE BIT- $65.00

Legal size for the show arena, 3/8” diameter.

Great snaffle, must have!

#S2S- FLANIGAN'S STRAIGHT MOUTH TAPERED SNAFFLE BIT- $78.00

This snaffle has a straight mouth piece 3/8″ diameter at the rings then tappers to 1/4″ towards the center of the bit. This offers a great feel with just the right aggressiveness when needed. Show Legal in most Associations.

#S4- SCRUB BOARD SNAFFLE BIT- $85.00
7/16” diameter mouthpiece with copper bumps added to the mouthpiece, to add just the right amount of coarseness to keep a horse with a light feel, but not resent the feel of the snaffle.
#S5- HALF AND HALF SNAFFLE BIT- $78.00
Smooth at the bars and twisted in the center. Just the right twisted taper to gain a lighter feel.
#S8- LARGE TWISTED WIRE SNAFFLE BIT- $62.00
7/16” diameter mouthpiece. More aggressive than a smooth snaffle or the standard twisted wire snaffle bit.
#S9- MEDIUM RING TWISTED WIRE SNAFFLE BIT- $62.00
5/16” diameter mouthpiece. May only be necessary to ride in this snaffle bit for a short time, to achieve a lighter feel.
#S13- FINE TWISTED WIRE SNAFFLE BIT- $62.00
Very fine 1/8” diameter twisted wire mouthpiece, also known as a piano wire. For the experienced horse person.
